We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Event Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our expanding team. No prior experience is required—full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of live promotional events and marketing campaigns
Represent client brands at events, delivering a positive and professional customer experience
Engage with event attendees to promote products, services, or campaigns
Support event logistics including materials, signage, registration, and on-site coordination
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and successful event operations
Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding event goals and updates
Gather customer feedback and insights during promotional activities
Help ensure all event standards, branding, and messaging are consistently delivered
