Event Assistant – Entry-Level

We are hiring an Entry-Level Event Assistant to support exciting live events, brand activations, and promotional marketing campaigns. No prior experience is required—this role includes paid training and hands-on experience for individuals looking to start a career in event marketing, promotions, or experiential brand work.

As an Event Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting live events from setup through completion. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for someone who is energetic, reliable, and eager to grow in the events and marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of live events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns
Assist with client communication to ensure event goals and expectations are met
Provide real-time updates during events and assist with client questions
Help with event setup, breakdown, staffing, and preparation of materials
Ensure supplies, equipment, and promotional materials are organized for event day
Provide on-site support including guest engagement, registration, and activity assistance
Work alongside internal teams (marketing, design, production) during events
Assist with vendor and external partner communication as needed
Collect attendee and client feedback after events
Help prepare basic post-event summaries and reports
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and comfortable engaging with clients, vendors, and guests
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Quick thinker with problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required
Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
