Event Marketing Assistant – Entry Level

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. Working directly with well-known and respected charity clients, you will play an important role in delivering face-to-face marketing campaigns, community outreach initiatives, customer engagement, and fundraising activities within local communities.
No previous experience is required. We provide comprehensive in-house training designed to give you the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in event marketing and progress within our company.

Key Responsibilities
As an Event Marketing Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Representing our charity clients through professional face-to-face marketing and community outreach campaigns
Engaging with members of the public and creating positive customer experiences
Supporting community outreach and fundraising teams in achieving daily and weekly goals
Assisting with fundraising campaigns and working toward agreed donation targets
Communicating professionally with customers, team members, and clients
Acting as an internal liaison between customers, team members, and charity clients
Responding to customer questions, requests, and feedback efficiently and professionally
Attending team meetings, training sessions, workshops, and development programs
Maintaining accurate records and producing detailed reports of donations and campaign activity
Providing regular progress updates to the Operations Director
Identifying opportunities to improve customer service, campaign performance, and cost-effectiveness
Working independently when required while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
Continuously developing marketing, communication, customer service, and fundraising skills
