Entry-Level Event Assistant

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing events and customer engagement team.
In this role, you will support the planning and execution of marketing events, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities. You will work closely with event, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to help create memorable customer experiences and increase brand awareness for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing events and promotional campaigns
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction
Represent clients and their brands in a professional and positive manner
Support individual and team sales and customer acquisition goals
Provide customers with accurate and helpful information about products, services, and promotions
Build strong, long-term customer relationships through professional communication
Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally
Work with management and team members to meet client goals and event objectives
Assist with event setup, layout, presentation, and overall appearance
Support promotional displays, marketing materials, and customer engagement activities
Work with marketing and public relations teams to promote events and attract new customers
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in customer service, events, sales, marketing, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people and personalities
Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
No extensive event or marketing experience is required. Training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
Salary: 42000 - 58000 USD Per annum
