This isn't a temp gig. It's a full-time W2 position with freight that runs year-round and a team that actually supports new drivers through the transition from school to the road.
How Training Works:
Paid 4–6 week program alongside an experienced mentor
Covers everything — inspections, ELD, HOS, real freight, real deadlines
Weekly pay throughout training
Solo transition at $0.56 CPM after completion
On the Road:
No-touch dry van freight
60% drop and hook operations
Average 2,200–2,500 miles weekly
Predictable dispatch, minimal sitting
What You'll Earn:
$0.56–$0.65 CPM based on experience
Typical weekly take-home $1,200–$1,500
