Training Program
4 to 6 week paid program with an experienced road mentor

What the Job Looks Like
Dry van, no-touch freight
Approximately 60% drop and hook
2,200 to 2,500 miles per week
Eastern lanes with consistent freight year-round
Compensation
Starting pay at $0.56 CPM with performance-based increases
Average weekly take-home of $1,200 to $1,500
Additional pay for stops, layovers, and breakdowns
Automatic pay review at six months
$300 orientation pay

Home Time

Valid Class A CDL, age 21 or older
Minimum 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school
