As a Sales Team Member, you’ll focus on new sales by turning inbound leads into happy, long-term customers. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice helping homeowners realize a beautiful and safe outdoor environment.
Your day-to-day will include:
Creating accurate, timely quotes for prospective customers
Calling prospective customers to discuss their property needs and our services, and following up on quotes to close sales
Managing your sales pipeline and maintaining CRM integrity
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
An eager and proactive learner, excited to grow their skills and take on new challenges
A desire to help customers achieve their property dreams
Several years of B2C sales experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using technology and maintaining CRM records
No lawn care experience needed — we’ll teach you everything you need to know
