Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Promotional Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in marketing, promotions, customer engagement, and professional development.
As a Promotional Marketing Associate, you will represent our clients and brands at promotional events, retail locations, community events, and other marketing activations. You’ll work directly with customers, help create positive brand experiences, and support marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness and engagement.
No prior marketing experience is required. We provide training and hands-on support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
Responsibilities
Represent clients and brands professionally at promotional events and marketing campaigns
Engage with customers and provide information about products, services, and promotions
Create positive and memorable customer experiences
Assist with setting up and executing promotional events
Support marketing and promotional campaigns from planning through execution
Communicate customer feedback and campaign results to the team
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and campaign goals
Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers and clients
Learn and apply effective marketing, communication, and customer engagement techniques
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, professional, and organized
Previous experience in marketing, sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required
