Community Relations Representative - Entry Level

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and community-focused Community Relations Representative to join our growing team. In this entry-level position, you will help build positive relationships between our organization, clients, and the local community. You’ll participate in community events, outreach initiatives, promotional activities, and face-to-face engagement with community members.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating, building relationships, and making a positive impact. No previous community relations or marketing experience is required—we provide comprehensive training.
Responsibilities
Represent our organization and clients at community events and outreach activities
Engage directly with community members in a professional and personable manner
Help coordinate and support local community initiatives and promotional events
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, community members, and partner organizations
Educate community members about available products, services, programs, and initiatives
Assist with event setup, coordination, and execution
Gather community feedback and communicate insights to the team
Maintain a professional and positive presence at all events and outreach activities
Collaborate with team members to achieve community engagement and campaign goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with people
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, public relations, or community outreach is a plus but not required
