Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming client communications via phone, email, and chat platforms.
Assist in drafting and distributing internal and external communications in alignment with company standards.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update communication logs in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Identify and escalate complex issues to senior communications staff as appropriate.
Qualifications
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with basic computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
