We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. Responsibilities
Assist in setting up production equipment and materials before shoots or events.
Coordinate schedules and communicate with various departments to ensure timely execution of production tasks.
Support the production team by managing logistics such as transportation and site setup.
Help maintain a clean, organized production environment studio or on-location.
Assist with inventory management and tracking of production supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communications, media, or related field is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage several duties simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members.
Basic understanding of production processes and equipment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
