Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

We are hiring for an Entry-Level Customer Service & Fundraising Associate to support nonprofit fundraising events, pop-up campaigns, and community outreach initiatives in the local area.
This role involves working at live events, retail pop-ups, and community activations, engaging directly with the public to promote nonprofit causes and drive donations. No prior experience is required—paid training and ongoing support provided.
Key Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit organizations at events, pop-ups, and community outreach campaigns
Provide friendly, professional face-to-face customer service
Engage attendees, share information, and build meaningful connections
Educate the public about nonprofit missions, programs, and impact
Encourage and secure voluntary donations during events
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and coordination
Track interactions and maintain accurate records
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching workshops
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, public event environments
Outgoing, approachable, and confident speaking with new people
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Willingness to learn and grow through coaching
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
