Community Outreach Associate - Entry Level

Are you someone who enjoys connecting with people and being part of meaningful work? We’re currently hiring an Entry-Level Community Outreach Associate to support nonprofit campaigns and event-based outreach initiatives.
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer interaction, public engagement, and promotional campaigns—all while helping raise awareness and support for important causes. No experience is required, as we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in event-based outreach and community engagement activities
Represent nonprofit partners and communicate their mission and impact
Interact with the public, providing clear and helpful information
Promote campaigns and encourage voluntary donor participation
Maintain a friendly, professional presence during all interactions
Attend regular training sessions and team meetings
Record outreach activity and follow established guidelines
Qualifications
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable engaging with individuals in face-to-face environments
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
Open to feedback, coaching, and skill development
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
