What You’ll Do
Knock on doors and speak directly with homeowners in assigned territories
Generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
Represent Panda Exteriors professionally in the field
Work outdoors daily and stay active throughout your shift
Hit daily and weekly performance goals

Compensation & Growth
Base pay + performance-based bonuses + commission
Clear path into Sales Representative or Leadership roles within 6–12 months
