What You’ll Do: Entry Level Outside Sales / Business Development Representative

As an Entry Level Outside Sales / Business Development Representative, you will:
Knock on doors and speak directly with homeowners in assigned territories
Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home appointments for our sales team
Represent Panda Exteriors professionally and positively in the field
Work outdoors daily and stay active on your feet throughout your shift
Hit daily and weekly lead generation, appointment setting, and performance goals
Use our proven training, scripts, and systems to build your sales and business development skills

Compensation and Growth: Entry Level Outside Sales / Business Development Representative

For the Entry Level Outside Sales / Business Development Representative role, we offer:
Pay: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year (base pay + performance-based bonuses + commission)
Base pay plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses tied to leads, appointments, and sales
Clear path into Sales Representative or Leadership roles within 6–12 months based on performance
Top performers have the opportunity to earn $80K–$120K+ annually after promotion
