Structural Engineers, Project Engineers, and industry experts to design
innovative precast concrete building systems for commercial, industrial,

Location: San Diego, California
Competitive Compensation:
$85,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience.
What You'll Do
* Assist in the structural design of precast concrete building systems.
* Perform structural calculations and engineering analysis under the guidance
of experienced engineers.
* Learn the design of beams, columns, walls, floor systems, stairs, and other
structural components.
* Develop engineering details, calculations, and construction documents.
* Coordinate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, Manufacturing, and Field
Operations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Participate in design meetings and solve real-world engineering challenges.
* Learn industry-leading structural analysis software and engineering tools.
* Visit manufacturing facilities and project sites to understand how designs
are fabricated and installed.
* Support multiple projects while developing technical and project management
skills.
* Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in
Structural Engineering.
* EIT certification or the ability to obtain shortly after graduation.
* 0–3 years of structural engineering experience.
* Internship or co-op experience is a plus but not required.
* Passion for structural engineering and a desire to build a long-term career.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
* Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
* Coursework in reinforced concrete, steel design, structural analysis, or
seismic design.
* Experience with ETABS, RAM, RISA, SAP2000, or similar structural analysis
software.
* Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software.
* Interest in precast concrete design and construction.
