What You're Running
100% no-touch dry van, heavy drop-and-hook mix
11 Western States only, no big-city traffic to fight
Assigned late-model tractor, same truck every trip
Steady dispatch keeping wheels turning, not sitting
Money and Time Off
Weekly Gross: $1,300 to $1,500 average, paid every week by direct deposit
Miles: 2,000 to 2,400 weekly
Home Time: Every 2 weeks for a real weekend, stay out longer if you want the extra miles
Extra: Safety and performance bonuses on top of base
Just Getting Your CDL-A?
Paid training, 3 to 5 weeks with an experienced mentor riding along
Focus on mountain grades, real trip planning, not textbook driving
Move to your own solo truck once you pass evaluation

To Qualify
Valid Class A CDL
6 months tractor-trailer experience, or a fresh CDL-A from an accredited 120+ hour program
Clean driving history: 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 2 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
Must clear DOT physical and drug screening
