Position Overview
As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing reconstruction projects from start to finish while ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer satisfaction. You will coordinate crews, vendors, schedules, and documentation to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple reconstruction projects
Ensure customer and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and completion timelines
Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope requirements
Maintain accurate project documentation, including photos, contracts, change orders, and permits
Conduct end-of-day and end-of-job debriefs with supervisors and team members
Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to achieve profitable outcomes
Obtain required permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
Submit final project documentation to the office, ensuring required profit margins are met
Position Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Previous construction or project coordination experience preferred, but not required
Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability
Must be able to use a personal mobile phone for company-related communication and applications
Clean driving record and ability to travel to job sites as needed
Ability to successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable law

Ability to stand, walk, drive, and sit for extended periods
Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
Exposure to varying noise levels at active job sites
Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor construction environments
