We are seeking a motivated and reliable Quick Lube Technician to join our service team. This entry-level automotive technician role is ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in the automotive industry. The Quick Lube Technician performs basic vehicle maintenance services while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform oil and filter changes
Inspect and replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and bulbs
Check and top off fluids (coolant, brake fluid, power steering, washer fluid)
Rotate tires and perform basic multi-point inspections
Identify and communicate recommended maintenance services
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all dealership, OSHA, and California safety standards
Accurately document work performed using dealership systems
Work collaboratively with service advisors and technicians
Requirements
Previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred, but not required
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Valid California driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to safely perform physical tasks associated with the role, including handling heavy equipment or materials, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
