EJ has an immediate opening for 3rd Shift Finishing - Grind Utility(7:30pm -
5:30am) starting at $23.30 and potential up to $26.91 per hour within the first
year.
Shift premium is $1.50 for 2nd or 3rd shift positions.

SUMMARY
To process castings from a molded to finished product for use by the end user.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. *Other duties may
be assigned.
* Run equipment to include an air grinder, overhead air host, chipping hammer
and a fork-lift.
* Must have the ability to use hand tools to include hammer, punch, and screw
driver.
* Provides suggestion for improvement of all our systems.
* Must meet physical demands as stated below.
* Promotes safety awareness, accident prevention, and employee involvement with
regard to a safe work environment. Ensures employees understand the safety
expectations of the organization.
* Promotes the company culture, the mission and vision, and the core values of
the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.

to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close
vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. This position
requires the ability to successfully pass the respirator testing protocol and
wear a respirator as needed.
