Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals for our Entry Level Management Trainee program. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, leadership development, and event marketing. You will engage directly with the public, promote charitable campaigns, and build the skills needed to advance into a management position.
Key Responsibilities
Engage customers in retail environments to promote nonprofit campaigns and generate donations
Represent partner organizations with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
Support in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events
Deliver exceptional customer service while clearly communicating campaign goals
Assist in training and mentoring new team members
Track sales performance and campaign metrics to meet targets
Contribute ideas to improve marketing strategies and team performance
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a passion for community impact and charitable work
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
Background in sales, customer service, or leadership is a plus (not required)
