This is a great opportunity to build your skills, work with experienced professionals, and grow in a stable, team‑oriented environment — especially as we celebrate our 90th anniversary 1 Position Available at Charter Casting — 2900 E Richmond St, Shawano, WI 54166 Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) | 2nd shift | $24.50/hr Learn how to inspect and maintain equipment that keeps our facility running smoothly Clean foundry production equipment Assist experienced mechanics with repairs and installations Perform machine start up and shutdown procedures as needed Operate forklifts and use basic hand tools Follow safety procedures to help maintain a safe and efficient workplace Assist with production as needed Why Work Here: Weekly Pay!
