A leading Japanese logistics company in Dallas, Texas is seeking Japanese Bilingual Air Freight Operations Coordinator (Office-Based) to join its team.
This position is responsible for arranging air freight shipments, coordinating schedules, and communicating with relevant parties to ensure that import and export cargo transported by air arrives on schedule.
・Book cargo space with airlines
・Prepare and review import/export documentation
・Communicate and coordinate with customs brokers, warehouses, and delivery companies
・Track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and handle delays
・Provide shipment status updates to customers and prepare quotations and invoices
This is an office-based position supporting air freight transportation. Physical cargo handling is not required. The primary responsibilities involve shipment arrangements, schedule coordination, and communication with relevant parties.
・Bilingual in Japanese and English
・Must be authorized to work in the United States
・Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email, etc.)
・Strong communication skills when working with internal and external contacts
・Ability to handle administrative tasks accurately and carefully
・Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
・Ability to adapt to schedule changes and delivery deadline adjustments
