What You’ll be Doing:
* Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 12 years old using play-based ABA therapy
* Travel to clients’ homes to provide care in comfortable, familiar environments, with the ability to drive up to 45 minutes each way as needed.
* Work autonomously to manage your caseload, taking ownership of your work while using your clinical expertise to support children’s growth and development.
* Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team
* Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities
* Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to stay engaged with children
* Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space
* Be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that celebrates progress and growth
* Drive your personal vehicle to patient appointments. Arrive promptly and ready to work. Focus entirely on your patient during direct therapy sessions.
Job Requirements
* At least 18 years old
* Bachelors Degree
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
* Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
* Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
* Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
