Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our company and nonprofit partners at live events, brand activations, and community outreach programs. This is a public-facing role perfect for individuals who:

Key Responsibilities
Engage with event attendees, donors, and community members in a friendly and professional manner
Deliver outstanding customer service at live events, brand activations, and outreach programs
Communicate campaign, fundraising, and program information clearly and confidently
Answer questions and create positive, memorable experiences for participants
Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site support
Build strong relationships with supporters, nonprofit partners, and team members
Maintain a high-energy, professional, and welcoming event environment
Ideal Candidate Profile
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with the public
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is a plus but not required
