Key Responsibilities:
Assist the promotions team in developing and executing marketing strategies for each event
Coordinate event setup, visual merchandising, and inventory control
Track and process event sales
Manage event logistics, timelines, and schedules
Serve as Event Manager when needed
Lead by example as an enthusiastic member of the event staff, guiding interns and supporting team goals
Requirements:
Comfortable interacting face-to-face with consumers
Customer service, retail, sales, or marketing experience is a plus but not required
Ability to work full-time
Ability to travel locally for events
Aggressive desire to learn and grow within the company
