Description
Toyota of Tacoma is hiring an Express Service Advisor to join our service team.
This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and wants to start a long-term career in the automotive industry.
No automotive experience is required—we'll provide paid, hands-on training and help you build the skills to succeed while earning hourly pay plus commission.
What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and assist with service appointments
Help customers understand recommended maintenance
Keep customers updated during their visit
Coordinate with technicians and service staff throughout the repair process
Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information
What You’ll Get
$18–$19 per hour plus commission opportunities based on CSI performance
