ENTRY-LEVEL SERVICE ADVISOR

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year

Diehl Toyota of Hermitage is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Entry-Level Service Advisor to join our growing team. No previous advisor experience is required—we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn.
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the link between our customers and our service technicians, helping ensure every guest receives an exceptional service experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Greet customers promptly and professionally
* Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
* Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines
* Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status and repairs
* Keep customers informed throughout the service process
* Prepare repair orders and process vehicle deliveries
* Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Customer service experience is preferred
* Basic computer skills
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
