Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $45,870 - $56,210 per year
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals early in their career who are eager to develop foundational project management skills and contribute to successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Assist project managers in developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules.
* Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
* Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather information.
* Maintain and organize project documentation and records.
* Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
* Prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior management.
* Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
