Responsibilities:
* Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules.
* Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
* Track project progress and update project documentation regularly.
* Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
* Monitor project timelines and help ensure deadlines are met.
* Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
