Qualifications
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in media or production is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as production demands.
Basic understanding of production processes and equipment is preferred but not required.
