As a Production Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting with various aspects of the production process, from pre-production planning to on-set operations.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks and deliverables
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
Maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, and status reports
Support project managers in tracking project progress and budgets
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding project updates
Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues
Qualifications
Requirements
A strong passion for film, television, and media production.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the production team.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of production processes and equipment is a plus, but not required.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
