Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment and develop their skills in the media and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist with setting up and breaking down production equipment and sets.
Support the production team during shoots by managing schedules and coordinating logistics.
Communicate effectively with various departments to facilitate smooth daily operations.
Handle administrative tasks including filing, organizing documents, and managing production paperwork.
Assist with the transportation and inventory management of production materials and equipment.
Perform on-set duties such as managing talent needs, distributing scripts, and maintaining order.
Qualifications
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in media or communications is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take direction.
