The Entry Level Production Assistant will play a critical role in supporting various aspects of the production process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities
Assist production staff with setup and breakdown of equipment and sets.
Coordinate and manage production schedules and call sheets.
Support communication between different departments during production.
Handle inventory and organization of production materials and supplies.
Assist with scouting locations and preparing production sites.
Qualifications
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in film, media, or related fields is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends as required.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
