Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their career in the production industry to gain hands-on experience and develop a wide range of skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist production staff with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure workflow efficiency.
Help set up and break down equipment and production areas before and after shoots or events.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and task execution.
Manage inventory and organize production materials and supplies in an orderly fashion.
Provide on-site support during production activities, including running errands and managing logistics
Qualifications
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle varied responsibilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends as needed.
