Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the production industry and want to kickstart their career in a fast-paced, creative environment. The Entry Level Production Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting all stages of the production process, from preparation and setup to final execution.
Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up and breaking down production equipment and sets.
Support the production team with daily logistical tasks and coordination.
Manage and organize production materials and supplies to ensure availability.
Help with scheduling and communicating with cast, crew, and vendors.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment on set and in production areas.
Run errands and provide transportation support as needed for production activities.
Qualifications
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in media or production is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments quickly.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
Basic technical knowledge of production equipment and tools preferred.
