Think Tell Junction We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced professional environment.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and organize executive calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
* Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations as required.
* Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
* Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and office supplies inventory.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administrative support are a plus.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
