We are seeking self-motivated individuals to join our growing Promotional Events team. This role supports a consistently expanding client portfolio by assisting with on-site marketing campaigns, event execution, and brand promotion. Every campaign is tailored to the client’s target market, giving you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and event management.
This is an entry-level position with full training and the chance to grow into leadership or management roles.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Promotions Team in developing and executing marketing strategies for each event
Coordinate event setup, visual merchandising, and inventory control
Process, generate, and track event sales and performance metrics
Manage event logistics, timelines, and schedules
Serve as an enthusiastic team member and mentor interns or new associates
Qualifications & Skills
Strong interest in sales, marketing, retail, or customer service
0–2 years of experience in telecommunications, electronics, retail, or sales preferred but not required
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong desire to succeed
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and mentor new associates in the local area
