Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for all internal and external fundraising inquiries
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring new and departing donors receive timely thank-you messages and acknowledgment
Support the preparation and delivery of donor communications with the marketing and communications team
Assist in planning, logistics, and on-site support for fundraising and promotional events
Maintain the donor database, including accurate data input, amendments, reporting, and queries
Train and support colleagues on database usage after receiving training
Help prioritize team tasks and ensure deadlines are met
Stay informed about fundraising initiatives and sector news, and contribute new ideas to improve processes
Desired Attributes
Enthusiasm and drive for charitable fundraising — experience is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Energetic, creative, and proactive approach
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
