We're looking for an energetic, motivated Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to help grow our customer relationships and support our expanding business. Royal Apparel is also known for its extensive Made-in-USA collection, environmentally responsible apparel options, and commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
Learn and promote Royal Apparel's product lines and services.
Participate in virtual meetings with customers and prospects.
Work closely with customer service and production teams to ensure a great customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Meet individual and team sales goals.
Represent Royal Apparel at industry trade shows and customer events, with occasional travel possibly required.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email.
Organized with strong attention to detail.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office(Excel skill-intermediate or better).
Familiarity with AI-powered business and productivity tools is a plus.
Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
