As an Entry-level HR Assistant, you will support the Human Resources team with recruitment, onboarding, and administrative processes that help build and maintain a high-performing team. You will assist with coordinating HR activities and ensuring smooth internal operations. This role is ideal for an organised and people-focused individual looking to start a career in Human Resources within a dynamic marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment activities, including screening applications and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding processes for new employees
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Assist with coordinating training sessions and internal meetings
Support HR administrative tasks and internal communications
Help monitor employee engagement and team development initiatives
Ensure HR processes follow company policies and procedures
Provide general administrative support to the HR and operations teams
