Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with the planning and execution of promotional events and customer engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in event coordination while gaining practical experience in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.
Support event setup, execution, and breakdown activities.
Organize event materials, displays, and supplies.
Help coordinate event logistics and schedules.
Maintain organized event spaces throughout activities.
Gather attendee feedback to support future improvements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful events.
Represent the company professionally during all event activities.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Additional Information
Competitive Salary ($50,000–$55,000 annually)
