As an Entry-level Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support as part of our marketing and promotional campaigns. You will work closely with marketing and client services teams to ensure every customer interaction reflects our brand values and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat
Provide accurate information about products, services, and marketing campaigns
Support customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction initiatives
Record and update customer information in internal systems
Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex queries when required
Maintain a professional and positive tone in all communications
Follow brand guidelines and customer service standards
Support team targets and campaign performance goals
