Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or individuals new to the communications field to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about effective communication, eager to learn, and have a keen eye for detail. As an Entry Level Communications Associate, you will support the development and implementation of communication strategies that engage diverse audiences and promote our organization's mission and values.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and editing content for press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
Support the development and execution of communication campaigns that align with organizational goals.
Coordinate logistics for media events, interviews, and press conferences.
Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on communications effectiveness.
Maintain and update media contact lists and distribution databases.
Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior staff.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
