Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to launch their careers in communications and customer engagement. As an Entry Level Communications Agent, you will be the frontline ambassador of our organization, responsible for effectively handling inquiries, providing exceptional service, and facilitating clear communication between our company and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and chat messages.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
Document interactions and maintain detailed records of client communications.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Assist in the development and distribution of internal and external communications materials.
Qualifications
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Basic computer proficiency including familiarity with MS Office and communication platforms.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communications or related field is a plus.
