What Training Looks Like:
Fully paid 4–6 week program
One-on-one time with an experienced mentor on real loads
Covers everything from pre-trip inspections to ELD compliance
You earn weekly pay the entire time
Transition to $0.56 CPM solo after finishing
The Job:
Dry van, no-touch freight
Heavy drop and hook — around 60%
2,200–2,500 miles weekly
Eastern routes with predictable dispatch
Earnings:
$0.56–$0.65 CPM
Typical weekly take-home $1,200–$1,500
Extra pay for stops, layovers, breakdowns
Pay goes up at six months
$300 for orientation

Planned home time every two weeks
