Training:
4–6 weeks fully paid with a dedicated mentor
Live freight from day one
ELD, HOS, inspections, and daily operations covered

Solo at $0.56 CPM after completion
On the Road:
No-touch dry van freight
60% drop and hook
2,200–2,500 miles per week
Consistent freight, minimal downtime
Pay:
$0.56–$0.65 CPM based on experience
Most drivers earn $1,200–$1,500 weekly
Stop, layover, and breakdown pay
Six-month pay increase
$300 orientation pay

Home Time:
Every two weeks on a planned schedule
