Join Our Production Team
We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual with basic knowledge of bindery and finishing processes to join our production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, learning new skills, and taking pride in producing quality work.
The Bindery Machine Operator will operate and assist with a variety of finishing equipment used to turn printed materials into finished products. Additional hands-on training will be provided to develop machine-operating skills.
What You’ll Do
Operate bindery and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with machine setup, adjustments, loading, and unloading.
Follow job tickets and production instructions.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Stack, package, and prepare completed products.
Perform routine machine cleaning and housekeeping.
Identify and report equipment or quality issues.
Work with the production team to meet quality and production schedules.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Basic knowledge of bindery and finishing processes.
Some experience with printing, bindery, manufacturing, or production equipment preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Dependable with good attendance and a positive attitude.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

We provide hands-on training and opportunities to learn additional equipment and processes. The right candidate can develop into a skilled bindery machine operator with increased responsibilities as their knowledge and experience grow.
Expected compensation for this role is between $18 - $20/hour, based on qualifications and experience.
