Description
Toyota of Tacoma is hiring an Entry-Level Technician—but this is not just a basic oil change position.
You’ll start with maintenance, but you’ll also work alongside experienced technicians, learn real repairs, and build the skills needed to move into a full technician role.

If you want to become a line tech—not stay stuck in lube—this is where you start.

What You’ll Be Doing
Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
Complete multi-point inspections and document findings
Assist experienced technicians with diagnostics and repairs
Learn how to troubleshoot and repair real vehicle issues
Support shop workflow and help keep operations moving

Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Prior experience as an Express Lube Technician, Automotive Technician or education with an Automotive Technical school preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
A high level of personal motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed.
Basic mathematical aptitude
Ability to understand and apply common sense.
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen.
