Larson Cadillac is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Technician for a structured training path into a full technician role.
This is a full-time position where you will start with maintenance work and receive hands-on training to grow into a full technician role. This is designed for individuals who want to develop into a skilled technician
What You’ll Do
Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tires, and inspections
Assist technicians with diagnostics and repair work
Learn how to identify mechanical and electrical issues
Support shop workflow in a high-volume environment
Build the skills required to move into a flat-rate technician role
What You’ll Get
$41,600 – $44,000 annual pay

Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Basic computer skills.
Basic mathematical aptitude
Ability to understand and apply common sense.
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a drug screen.
